Dr Rohan Jagota graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Dental Science.
While at university he was awarded the Louise Brearley Messer Prize by the ANZSPD and also held multiple leadership positions. He was accepted into the internship program at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne where he was mentored by top specialists in all facets of dentistry, including prosthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.
In 2013, Dr Rohan started working at Dental O So Gentle, which provided him with the ideal environment to implement his passion for cosmetic dentistry. He underwent training from world renowned cosmetic dentist, Dr David Hornbrook, and also received personal tutelage from Dental O So Gentle’s own Dr Jeff Broude. These mentorships have been pivotal in the developing of Dr Rohan’s eye for detail and the artistic nuances of a perfect smile.
Dr Rohan’s training in dental implantology has included courses on principles, planning and practice in restorative and surgical implant dentistry, soft tissue management, sinus lift procedures, and bone grafting. He has embraced the use of digital implant planning techniques to keep treatments as streamlined and pain-free as possible. He believes in the importance of constant learning to keep abreast of the newest industry research, and has attended courses through MIS on bone grafting and sinus lift treatment.
At the heart of Dr Rohan’s practice is the development of lasting relationships with his patients. He believes in involving patients in all aspects of their dental care so that they have a firm understanding of what is happening in their mouths. He is able to carry out both simple and complex dental procedures with a gentle touch, while delivering results that patients love.
